They both taste good and raised my b12 levels a lot. CMP came back showing my levels were really low, but after taking these for a few months they came right up. They also taste good and dissolve the mouth quickly.

Easy to Use!
My doctor recommended this B12 as she said it is difficult for B12 to survive stomach acid. This one is placed between the gum and cheek and easily dissolves, getting absorbed through the cheek. Much easier than swallowing some of these over-large pills. I have only been taking it for about a week, so I cannot comment on whether or not it is making a difference for me.
