use the micro fiber cloth , damp it and then apply on strings , works nice !!!

Yes u can... any acoustic/ electric guitar

Haven't tried it on the fretboard and I would not recommend. It may cause damage.

Use it everyday... even strings are new or old. Just apply it after playing/gig.... nxt day/session u will find it smooth as hell😈
