So, you go to a restaurant and order a salmon steak. And you just so happen to like your seafood with LOTS of lemon. But you receive your salmon steak with just one or two thin slices of lemon. So you try asking for extra lemon. And you get another two thin slices. Almost like they were made for bar drinks. LOL Much easier to bring your own half-lemon in a little baggie with one of these nets to catch the seeds. The higher end seafood restaurants often serve it this way with their lobster tails.

These are so cute (and useful) when having a fancy dinner party and serving seafood. They are a bargain at this price too!

These are great for keeping seeds out of drinks when squeezing lemons on the fly. Also perfect for when you want a squeeze of lemon on hot food, or a salad and don’t want to accidentally consume a seed.Really great to have on hand if you don’t have any ‘prep’ time to squeeze lemons. My only complaint is that they are too small for larger size lemons. It can be a struggle to get then over anything other than a small lemon.

I use these sleeves when I cut lemons to be served with food. They keep the seeds from going on the food.Great little invention.

These are those little skirt-bag-things that you can wrap a lemon wedge around so that when you squeeze it you get just the juice, and seeds (or pulp). There are a bunch of them in the packet (well, yes, probably 25, I've never counted), and they work just as you'd expect; no notes!

It will not even fit over a golf ball sized lemon. I was preparing a fish entree. This product is useless. I even took a photo, I rarely do reviews, but this is theft of your money. Instant refund.
