Worth it
Shouldn’t do your brakes without replacing the springs each time. And the video was very informative. My old springs were pretty rusted and now I am confident they will function properly

Great for old cars
Needed a spring for the Plymouth this was the closest thing to perfect enough springs to pick out of

Perfect fit. Comes with rings.
Installed on a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Everything worked as expected.I knew I would destroy the retaining rings getting the brake assembly off the old shoes. Since I needed new retaining rings anyway, I figured I would get the whole kit and not reuse the old springs. The package does contain everything you need to do both sides. The new springs are certainly stiff and getting the top spring back on took a little technique.I used this kit to install these shoes: Centric Parts 111.08040 Brake Shoe. My review of the shoes includes a couple of installation tips.

Check for correct springs
Quality of springs seemed to be good. I had to reuse old top spring on left side due to receiving two right side springs.
