Replacement network free phone
Bought to replace an old Nokia phone. Using it on the 3 network and I get great signal and coverage. Android is version 13 and gets updates and they apply quickly. The battery life is amazing and the phone supports fast charging which is a bonus. The camera front and rear are really clear and amazing quality. Overall, super happy with the phone for the price, would definitely consider another Motorola in future.

Does everything that I want.
I'm not after the latest tech and I am not prepared to spend mega money to get it.This phone does everthing that I need and seems to do it well, at a reasonable price. It is fairly large but buyers should be aware of that anyway. The battery life is excellent and the recharge super quick, about 1 hour from nearly flat to full. What more can I say.

Great phone
Could go into all the pros and cons but I'll just make it simple. For the price it's got great screen resolution, camera is great too with everything you'd expect it to have, fingerprint readers work pretty well not everytime but most of the time. Sounds clear as a bell. Looks good, and has fantastic battery life. Only let down for me is no wireless charging for when the inevitable cable slot breakage happens. But then again if it had everything it would be about £100 more expensive so personaly I'd rather keep the £100.

Awesome and very responsive
Probably spent a week to choose what new android phone to buy. Read reviews for lots of models around my price range. I wanted something good without paying too much. £400 was a max for me. Ended up choosing the Motorola edge 20 Pro. Quite honestly the best phone I have ever bought. Great quality build, the Home Screen just looks so good, it’s very fast and responsive. Photos and videos are awesome. I have had I-phone, but prefer Android. Have had lots of Samsung phones, but this one beats the lot. I thought the Motorola brand was old and weary. How wrong can you be. For people who can pay a little more, look at the Motorola edge 30 Pro, and I think a 40 Pro is available.WONERFUL 5 STAR PHONE

Great phone for the price
I bought this after my Note 20 ultra fell in the sea.In terms of hardware this phone is absolutely great - The screen is amazing and it handles games like a dream (including Fortnite and cod mobile) You will never have to worry about lag or slow down and the battery lasts all day.The only downside to this amazing phone is the software is finicky and hard to use. I don't know if a lot of this is the major changes going to Android 12 but, for example, to go back you have to swipe the edge of the screen instead of having a virtual back button in the bottom left like usual. Another annoyance is the camera is great on paper but the camera app does not do your photos any favours, I hear there is a better 3rd party camera app but I haven't tried. All in all I am very happy with the performance for the price I paid. I think with better software this phone would easily be worth twice the price.

Great hardware with very poor software implementation
First what I like about this phone.Absolutely great spec on paper, blazing fast processor, huge amount of ram, fantastic display with 144Hz refresh, 256GB of storage, 5G, WiFi 6, great battery life. What I don't like.Buggy software, terrible camera software, when recording vide the focus is hunting all over the place constantly. It doesn't matter what video resolution you choose the video recording is always choppy, freeze constantly. Microphone picking up focusing mechanism sound and this is always audible on the video you recording, it like "trrrttrrtrr" kind of sound whenever camera focusing. In low light conditions the pictures quality is absolutely abmysal. Manual mode has huge problem with ISO control, so pictures are almost always to dark, terrible. My unit has some problems with a top speaker, sometimes during a call it started to has some kind of metallic interference sound. It can be fixed only by rebooting device. Within one week this happens at least 10 times.Keyboard buttons layout are so close together as its really hard to type properly if you don't have children size fingers. Of course you can download different keyboard, but that's not the point, when you want to keep everything as stock as possible.I paid £350 for the phone and for this price it could be an absolute great if not those problems above, which complete disqualified this device for daily use in my case.

excellent bang for buck
it's worth pointing out that this is actually the 12GB RAM model, at least that's what I received when I placed this order. Amazon lists this as 8GB but the phone actually has 12GB installedLook for reviews for this phone and the common sentiment tends to be "it's ok but it's not worth £650". And I couldn't agree more - I've never spent anywhere near that much on a phone in the first place, but having owned several phones priced in the region of £200-£300, this one blows them all away at the £350 price point which it's currently on sale at.So in summary, this is an absolutely fantastic budget phone (12 GB RAM, 144Hz full HD OLED display, very good processor and camera for a budget phone) if you can get it while it's £350 or less, it's just not a great mid range/flagship phone

Very poor customer service
On paper the phone is supposed to be excellent. I currently use a Moto G100 which has been excellent throughout. I suspect the one I received was a refurbished phone as only 660 of the 730 days of warranty remained (IMEI Check online) and it got immensely hot on startup. Also after transferring all data to the phone and subsequent back-end Google updates etc, I recharged the phone and it drained from 100% to 0% in 34 minutes - not exactly class leading. If I am going to buy this again it will be from Motorola direct, where I know I will receive a quality product.
