My title says it all. These ARE high-quality pillows. They are incredibly firm. I haven’t yet tried to remove some of the memory foam to adjust the firmness. I purchased a King set and a Queen set for two beds in my home. While they make a beautiful bed, they jut out from the ends of both sets of pillow cases. The pillows seem cool but since they’re too firm for me to sleep on, I don’t know how the cooling lasts as the night progresses. I personally wouldn’t buy these again because of the firmness and the size but I’m sure they have a target market!

They advise you to take as much of the content material out as needed to reach your comfort level.Once you do it’s wonderful to sleep on and we have two very large bags of the content to add back if ever needed. Also washable and contents can be removed and aired out in the sun in summer. The cool side stays cool and the Bamboo side is comfortable. Great choice.

Way too fluffy. Height of the pillows causes neck pain. Most uncomfortable pillows to date. Not worth the money or hype. Even after you smash it with your hands or even sit on the pillow, it resumes its gigantic shape. Cannot flatten at all. Quality is blah. Too puffy. Please avoid these pillows.
