Looks great but broke before we even got a chance to use it.

Defects in plastic causing air leaks. Useless hose. The tip that goes in the hookah is misshapen and will not seal.

Although this product is labeled "Nammor", which is a reputable brand, I actually got a "Razan" brand hose. It matched the photo and description, otherwise. It perfectly matches my hookah with the blue accented with clear acrylic. The handle is soft and wide, with poms at either end, and a removable nozzle tip. It is truly washable, and I suggest you wash it before using it, as it at first has a rubbery taste to it. The hose itself is wide, which does indeed allow for a smooth draw. Note that this product will not make a hookah good, the smoking depends on proper preparation (water level, shisha packing, foil wrapping, coals used, etc.) but this hookah hose is definitely an improvement over stock hoses, as it does not have metal wires inside like traditional hoses which leads to rust and "scooby snacks" of broken metal. Overall, I wish i was not expecting a "Nammor" brand or did not use it prior to reviewing the return policy, because it works really well, but its disappointing when a seller doesn't market the brand correctly, as branding is very important in the commercial world.
