As a 42 year old female I have epicly low progesterone and have done for at least 5 years. I just finished my first bottle taking 2 caps per day and last week had my hormone panel bloods re-checked. My day 21 progesterone has gone from 10.8 ng/mL to 22.1. According to my Doctor a reading of 10 indicates I did not ovulate however a reading of 22.1 is a definite yes. I am pre-menopausal, was having trouble sleeping after workouts in a day, took this and it helps. My progesterone levels were said to be low in the recent past and I believe this increased them and helped balance my body. I take 2 before bedtime every night. Supplemented as instructed but it did not increase my progesterone. There were no side effects, it just did not work.On this product my peak progesterone was @ 5, way too low to continue supplementation.

Good product, but expensive. Was using it to tame hot flashes and regulate my periods. Worked for hot flashes, but not the other. Then I found Nature's Sunshine Menstrual-Reg. And that did the trick and MUCH cheaper! :)
