Brilliant does what it says perfect pancakes

we got it for christmas and we only just opened it in May and there is a missing part, the t wand is missing. we have asked for a replacement of the itemIt was easy to do, though the pancake is quite different to normal pancakes, very flat. when I put oil it the pancake looks gold, no oil and it looks white and with more sugar in it is more caramelised and shiny. I have not done thick pancakes yet. It doesn't burn them at all and it is not greasy and messy. I will have fun with this.

I had to buy this for a family event. It was delivered very quickly and it works very well. It warm quickly , the equipments look strong.We love crepes in my family, so everybody is happy getting it.

Wooden stick wasnt very good, also not steardy it broke within two weeks just used twice. Sad rreally as good machine.

This is amazing xx sprayed a little oil and made pancakes xx the only problem I had was it doesn't spread so lifted it to make a big pancake but its quites thick xx and does get hot after a couple xx but it's fab xx

I am truly disappointed as this supposed to be a gift. The item was already used , you can see from the pictures and also with scratches and oil on it. Will be returned
