Luxury Whiskey Stones Premium Engraved Stainless Steel Whiskey Stones Gift Set: with Steel Ice Tong and Velvet Pouch

I bought these for my father for his birthday and I must say this is a very nice set.The eight 'stones' are approximately 2cm³ stainless steel with a rounded edge but they don't feel quite heavy enough to be solid. The Velvet bag is a very nice touch and hold the eight stones comfortably and closes up well with the draw-string.The presentation box again is very well made and the whole set looks like something you would pay £40+ for so it's amazing value for money when you see the whole lot is just £14.95.The only problem I can foresee with these is that if dropped in a glass from any great height, there is a strong possibility that they could break the glass, this is true of any of the whisky stones available though I assume, best to angle the glass and let the stones slide down the side.I would definitely buy another of these sets for someone as a gift, very practical and looks far more expensive than it is!For those wondering why these are called 'stones', it's because these sort of things used to be made from stone. This is just a more 'modern' version made from stainless steel.
