We had to return this item 2 times because the lid was cracked or the clips that hold the lid on were broken. On the 3rd replacement my husband called the maker and they replaced the lid for free. So we kept that unit. The unit was easy to install and it’s worked great.

For an air conditioner that did not function properly, it produced cold air for about 12 inches coming out the front vent, and about 24 to 36 Inches coming out of the back vent. It does not work properly. We don't understand why we're being penalized 50 to 60% for restocking. Would you please explain that in greater detail. I can't believe you're going to sell that same unit to someone else. Please advise. 10 percent restocking is more reasonable for an air conditioner that doesn't work as designed. If you're saying it does work as designed, then it is a faulty design.

Bought the Furrion AC unit for my RV Works awesome install easy and it does work with Dometic controls

I replaced my old dometic ac that came with my fifth wheel with this furrion 15.5 btu. It keeps my 40ft camper nice and cool on a 100 degree day. Literally remove and replace no modification needed. The only issue I and others have had is that it came damaged. I didn’t want to deal with the return process.

Very easy install . Replacement of my old camper unit from a Coleman. Instructions could have been more clear. But after a little research it was a breeze!

2 new units installed and within 6 months the cooling output has got so bad that they can't cool a motorhome down beyond 74 when its only 81 out. I bought these because there was a 2 to 3 month backlog for a Coleman MACH.An expensive mistake. I should have waited...

Awesome new unit

Selected one day shipping due to being stuck in a 90° camper. Took 4 days to get here. Got the package and the casing to the unit was busted. Tried to make due with it and it doesn’t even work.
