Very thick but don’t be fooled. It separated in the seams with a very tiny elderly lady. This should not have happened.

Have had these before and just needed a new one.... due to injuries, I have to use this when driving (or riding for any length of time).... they are well made and last a long time.... I keep one in each of our carsUPDATE (4 Dec 2014): I have to change my opinion on these. I have had the before and they have been good, however, these last 2 failed very quickly. I barely used them at all and they are both deflating almost instantly. I will not buy them again.

I can tell youI sit on one and have another behind me, filling the gap between my back and the chair.Feels like floating in the air.If you spend lots of time in front of your computer, do yourself (bottom and back) a favor and sit on an Inflatable Cushion, you will feel the difference.
