My go-to for chalk refills
I’ve bought this block a couple times. Good value lasts a long time. I work out 5 times a week, with at least three of those days involving Oly lifting. Chalk is a must and is used often. This stuff provides the necessary grip and doesn’t leave my hands overly dried out after a session. It also doesn’t leave chunky residue on the bar (but I do wipe down and brush the knurling on the barbell regularly). Good for pull ups as well.

Rub to hard it will break into pieces.
It definitely does increase grip strength beware rub to hard it will break into pieces but overall it works really great.

Great price and it took us through the whole track season, for our shot put King. We keep the open block in a ziplock bag.

Breaks so easily
Breaks into small pieces so easily and not long lasting at all. But good for the price . Just keep it in the container to stop the mess.
