I have to give Dave Palumbo credit for this amazing high quality product multivitamin.My boyfriend had Covid earlier this year and nearly did not make it. Right before Covid, he was preparing for a body building show, one of which his body would have been his best package to date! (He’s been in the body building industry for over 10+ years)So his body went from super lean and depleted to having Covid only a few days before he could step on stage, landed in the hospital for a week on oxygen due to covid, and survived.Needless to say, he was a different person after coming home and healing from Covid.We knew we were running out of time to try to get pregnant (age and other health factors) so we reached out for help and was recommended this vitamin.He has taken it every day since being out of the hospital in July of 2021 and we ended up conceiving our first baby in October of 2021 after trying for 2 years!!!If your hesitant to get this vitamin because you have to take 10 pills a day (5am and 5pm), don’t let that bother you! True story; I had the privilege of meeting the owner of this company by chance the day I got lab results back for blood work I had done because I was feeling sick, weak, and feeling like something was wrong. I had no clue that the owner David had a nutrition company. We got to talking and he looked over my lab work and asked me some questions and took the time out of his day to genuinely point me in the right direction on what I could do to feel better. He told me what I was lacking in my diet and let me try this product along with Omegalyze. Today is 7 months later and I have never felt this much energy. I've hit my target weight and set a new one and hit that as well. This companyand it's supplements are a reflection of it's owner. That means it's one hell of a company!! Love the product. I’ve been using it for 3.5 years now and haven’t gotten sick within that period. Would’ve given it 5 stars but last couple of orders there’s been at least 5-7 broken capsules

This product is in capsules which more readily helps absorption - 1 It has realistic EFFECTIVE dosages (yes what you really need to be most optimal) that’s why there’s so many capsules per serving. Dave designed this for athletes as well as people looking to have an insurance policy for your body. When you take this supplement you don’t have to worry about if you’re lacking anything in terms of vitamins and minerals, and he also adds extra ingredients.

I've been into lifting and supplementation for twenty years or so. I think I've run the gamut of vitamins over the years from Animal Pak to Orange Triad to Anavite and every other thing to come out over the years. I've been using V-Mineralyze for 3-4 bottles in a row now (3-4 months) because it's complete. If you look at a lot of vitamin formulations (especially one per day), you'll see 60 mg of Vitamin C, cheap Zinc Oxide, and 50 or 100 mg of Calcium Carbonate. V-Mineralyze has 500 mg of C and a full gram of Chelated Calcium, 30 mg Zinc Aspartate and 500 mg Magnesium Aspartate (won't need ZMA product anymore). Anyway in terms of quality and dosing, it's as good as it gets.

This particular product is a must have for general health!*****important to note , the capsules are small enough for an easy swallow. This was a concern for me as I hate big pills.*****

Took this for a while, and had no issues. Until I did. B6 build up toxicity is apparently a thing, and I got terrible symptoms- head fog, tingling all over body, fatigue. This has 75mg and adults only need 1-2mgs. Too many supplements load up with B6, but any reddit search will tell you people have serious issues with it. Yes, we pee it out as it's water soluble but B6 tends to also store in nerves and tissues over time. I ended up feeling drunk for weeks on end and Dr's couldn't figure it out. I also got bad pins and needles all over. The last thing I thought it could be, was this product. Family members told me to stop taking it, but I told them it was harmless.I went through a ton of tests to figure out my issues- MRI, autoimmune, CTS scans, MTA scans, saw neurologists and rheumatologist, all for results to come back normal. Then I got vitamins tested and b6 was off the charts. This isn't a complaint again this mutlivitamin alone, as many multi's put too much in it, and the truth is, these pills aren't one size fit all and some people are sensitive to certain dosages. Be careful.
