Funtimes in the Piggly Wiggly
Of the 5 in the series I've read so far, I think this one ranks pretty high (much better than books 3 & 4). It's a fun romp through Isis's hometown in Wisconsin and a decent mystery peppered in with sexytimes. We learn more about Odin and his PTSD from being imprisoned and deepen our knowledge of Isis's past and family. As usual, there are some LOL moments. I think everyone can relate to the "fancy restaurant" from our youth that isn't quite as great as you remembered when you visit as an adult. The Piggly Wiggly grocery store reference and scene was amazing along with the infamous ski jump. Not to mention the B&B cupids, fake nose, and death by cheese. There's so much to love about this series and this book in particular. Can't wait for book 6!

A More Serious Side...
The Kinky Bank Robber series is a sexy, fun, and humorous series that follow Zeus, Odin, Thor, and Isis (the God Pack). The series can be highly romantic, as shown in the book more than the others. In THW, very early we witness Odin and Ice forming a soul-connecting bond. Though Zeus and Ice were wondering 'what if it was just the two of us' in the previous book, it wasn't something on this level.Odin is really struggling with his past, and the God Pack is worried about him. Ice, especially. She's knows they have a special bond and tries different ways to help him let go of his demons. Odin' s struggle causes a lot of tension, but they're a family and always work things out.Zeus gets to continue his detective work. The team's first unofficial case, since their run in with ZOX, is saving Ice' s sisters from false allegations and possible murder charges. It during the investigation, Ice looks at her past with fresh, as it is know taking over her present. A chance encounter with someone, who was close to her, helps her let go of the guilt she's been carrying since she left home. With Odin and Ice' s past being relived, we experience a more serious and emotional side to The God Pack. The two have to relive some heartbreaking moments, and Zeus and Thor struggle with helping their family past the pain.As always this was a good read, few errors, and full of laughs. Definitely Recommended.

An Ode to Odin
I love this book so hard! This one is mostly a mystery, and we get to return to Isis' home town in Wisconsin, the land of dairy farms (or in our heroine's case, a sheep farm). I enjoyed seeing her town from her new, world-traveled perspective. I laughed so hard at every scene at the steak house - frog legs! It was so cool to revisit that ski jump that Isis described in book number one. I also liked the whole food poisoning and murder part of the story. The mystery was very well-written. Spoiler - it's not the butler!Odin's past is haunting him, and the cherubs are everywhere. It's funny, but it's not. Poor Odin, I want to reach through the pages and give him a big hug. I think delving into each of the gods' pasts is my favorite aspect of these books. There is still plenty of kink, too. Lots of white-hot, spine-sizzling, brain-tingling, toe-curling scenes.I'm sending more virtual, inappropriately long hugs to the God Pack (and a bucket of french-fried frog legs).

The story felt like it was just dragged on and should have ended ...
Sake story and drama after a while. The story felt like it was just dragged on and should have ended several books ago.

Great
I really enjoyed how the story evolved in this last book. It was great. I was happy that Isis got to see her sister. Some of the scenes were so funny at the B&B. Definitely recommended reading

Great mystery
I liked the mystery aspect that went into this story and the ending was super special. I hope we get more where they can stop running.
