Wine Map of France Map – June 1, 2011

This map is incredibly detailed and as you’re reading about wine it really paints a picture for you. Also, the dimensions are 24“ x 36“. That was one thing that was not listed and drove me crazy lol

underappreciated it on initially seeing it compared to the 2 map set of burdundy I got at the same time, but find this one framed to be really more attractive due to the vibrant colors; has been interesting to review previous trips and plan future trips and relate them to wine country

Great map of the various wine regions with lots of detail. The thick paper is really nice and gives this a professional feel. I like the book that came along with the map, and the maps coordinate system to identify the specific producers. Nice work!

Need to know dimensions

Great map for an overview of France. There are better and more specific maps of Burgundy and Bordeaux but this suits the purpose of getting a great overview of the appellations.

While the map I received is sturdy,useful, and amusing, it was not this map. Instead it was a map of the French wine regions reimagined like a Metro map, brightly colored, wide straight lines hooking up wine 'stations' along a route in each of the major areas. Disappointing, because I wanted the map as pictured, to use for navigation and exploration.

Bought this for my friend from France who drinks a lot of wine. He hangs it above his home bar & it looks awesome.

I bought this map to help me see what wine growing regions were near the route of the Tour de France. I wanted a nice map, but I didn't want to spend a fortune. This map fit my budget, and I am very please with the quality.
