USED and DEFECTIVE item and not NEW

When I received this item, the camera box was dirty and had scuff marks, it was already opened with TRASH in it (the wrapping of a film cartridge), and it had dog hair on the silicone portion. This was obviously USED and not NEW, as advertised. I was expecting the box to be clean and not looking like it's been collecting dust for a while, have a sticker over the opening to prove that it was NEW, and last but not least, not have trash in it. Good thing I opened the amazon box that this came in. I was going to wrap the amazon box without opening to check the content. I'm glad I did because after I opened it, I decided that since it's already opened, let me test and see if it works. I put a new cartridge on and swapped out the batteries, and right when I put the second AA battery in, it started spitting out the films WITHOUT it being turned ON. You can see in the video that this camera is defective and does NOT work. Not only did it come broken and used, but it wasted an ENTIRE cartridge. I am heavily disappointed that someone would sell something like this on amazon and have the nerve to put that it's NEW.

Super cute camera.
I bought this camera and have not been disappointed with it yet. It comes with the silicone cover that is adorable but can get dirty however it is made of silicone so it is easy to clean. The camera also came with a rainbow lanyard so it is convenient to carry around your neck while being very cute and fashionable

Almost perfect, except, where are the batteries?
The item is beautiful! I am very pleased and the delivery time was less then expected. However, the item was missing one key component that was included in the description of the item and on the contents of the box, the batteries. So, now I have to wait to test it out.

It malfunction the moment I loaded in cartridge and tried to shoot, sent in to local Fujifilm agent repair (overseas) which cost me $75(replaced mother board).
