IT REALLY WORKS FOR REMOVING MOLES!!
This stuff is amazing! Will never have to go to a doctor to have a mole or skin tag removed again! Using a piece a cut drinking straw is an absolute must! Be careful of how hard you press the straw into your skin if what you're removing is on something squishy like your thigh rather than something firm like your hand. The skin that pushes around the outside of the straw will freeze too! And won't freeze nearly as much as what's on the inside the straw but it will freeze some and that skin will scab over and come off. You need to do quick sprays into the straw and then let it sizzle down and do that at least 10 times. Mine was a big squishy mole on my thigh (could have been a tumor growing actually 🤷🏽♀️) like a green pea size so after I froze it like 10 times with the straw I took the straw off and got a q-tip I would spray the tip of the q-tip and hold it on to the mole until the mall turned white with frost and then I would quickly spray and repeat that same process. I did that for like 15 minutes straight because I wanted to make sure it froze deep enough in the skin. To my shock it worked like magic. Immediately after freezing it I got a piece of non-stick gauze and put it over the area with a flexible fabric Band-Aid. Make sure that the golf sticks out of the sides of the Band-Aid so you don't seal the area and completely because you need airflow for it to scab over and heal. I left it completely alone for 10 days and then remove the Band-Aid to check it out and touch the edges with my fingernail and they peeled right up and it just came right off and left fresh smooth skin. There is a small scar on the skin but I can tell that it's the kind that's going to completely fade with time. Some people said that there's blisters but if you put the bandage on like I did it did not seem to blister and was only very very mildly sore. To my surprise this was absolutely not a painful process at all. I'm about to freeze every mole on my entire body now. This product is an absolute God send for me.

CAUTION: VERY STONG BLAST FROM NOZZLE!!!
I'm giving this can of refrigerant 4 stars mostly because other commercially available cryogenic products are worthless. This product gives you a decent supply of refrigerant where the others do not. However, I suspect this can of refrigerant is actually intended for electronic trouble-shooting and not intended for tissue--it just has a different label. If you are using it on your body, the smallest touch of the trigger produces a bigger blast than anyone would ever want. Before using on live skin, I suggest reading all the reviews and follow the tips like using a straw and/or the swab applicators--WITH GREAT CAUTION! (and try a test squirt in the sink first too.)Also, it is not as cold as liquid nitrogen, which means that the refrigerant needs to be in contact with the skin for a longer time period to achieve the same result. This additional time allows the cold time to conduct/penetrate into neighboring non-target skin, so it's a very fine line between too much and not enough. After trying 3 times, I still don't have that figured out. So far I've done too little and too much, and got one treatment just right. What part of your body and the toughness of the skin make a huge difference in the time needed to freeze off one layer of skin.If you aren't sure of your capabilities, you would be better served by seeing a doctor. If you are a confident, resourceful do-it-yourselfer, then slowly and patiently proceed with utmost caution so you don't cause scarring.

Wart removal expierence
One thing to keep in mind if you intend to remove warts: This spray comes out at -60 degrees F. Dermatologists use LN2 (liquid nitrogen) at -321 degrees F. Since LN2 is much much colder it freezes skin much faster then Medical Freeze Spray. I tried the Q tip method but the Q tips warmed up too fast to be effective and it wastes Medical Freeze Spray. I ended up freezing the wart using the Medical Freeze Spray and a plastic drinking straw as a mask. I placed the end of the straw firmly over the wart and sprayed the freeze spray into the straw until about an inch of liquid freeze spray was visible in the straw. I then waited a minute until it boiled off. The skin was definitely frozen in a perfect circle and there was no collateral damage since the straw kept the spray confined to the wart only. About 8 hours later a blister formed under the wart but not nearly as large as when the doctor does it with LN2. I need to wait until it all heals to see if I froze the skin deep enough to kill all of the wart. So the pro to using Medical Freeze Spray is that it is safer to use then LN2 due to the higher temperature of the spray. The con is that it takes longer to freeze skin to the same depth as LN2. This is just MY experience and I am NOT a doctor. You should not try this yourself unless you perform a good amount of due diligence to keep yourself safe. There is a fine line between too little and too much and you are talking about YOUR living tissue! There is a lot that can go wrong when you mess with such cold liquids so you better be sure you know what you are doing and the consequences of any possible mistakes.

Leaking Cap
Purchased this since I had a previous spray that worked well, but cost more. ($25) For the $7 difference I thought I'd try this. Unfortunately, when you spray the liquefied gas on this product the spray leaks out from under the base and you have to be careful not to spray your fingers or hand. I tried contacting the seller, but no feedback. The one I tried that worked well is "Freeze Spray Drs Touch Solutions Max Professional 10 oz. It works just fine.
