I've been useing these for several years now. They work as plant lights and for photography, but I use them mostly where I need a lot of light. I got these for the garage. We have 2 ceiling porcelain fixtures that had shop lights plugged into them using adapters from socket to plug. They've never given us enough light, so we pulled them down and put these 2 bulbs up. What a difference!. First I love the brightness and 2nd the daylight color. I hate yellow lights and most homes have those nasty softwhite bulbs. Even flurescent bulbs are imitating them. I think people are used ot incandesent bulbs and think they are normal. Sunlight is normal. The sun isn't yellow. It's white. I love these bulbs and the smaller 200 watt bulbs are great for living areas. They replace canned flood lights really well.

I recently shot my company's headshots with these bulbs instead of the enormous ones I previously had. They're smaller and brighter, which means I can fit two bulbs and an extra in my bag!

I ordered these bulbs with the photography lighting set and they worth having in that field or any other field for that matter if you want to just brighten something up peace

They don’t seem to be as bright as the light that originally came with my studio canopy and shows the same specs but now I use two together and it’s sufficient lighting for my product photos.

I bought this for my Sun Opener plant and it's been working great. This slow growing plant has been growing like a weed since I stuck this light in my tent. It is not hot so I can stick it right by the branches starting to bud and they grow so fast. 😀On another note, I think the wave length of this lamp could help with winter blues. In the near future, I plan to use this light next time I need a photo from my light box for my listing. I'm happy with this light bulb.
