I ordered my cartridge, and when I got it, there were some problems with it. However, I contacted their support, and they immediately sent out a new one in its place at no extra charge. I had the replacement within a couple of days, and it works perfectly. You will not be disappointed with this toner cartridge. The print quality is as good or better than the stock cartridges at a waaaaaay better price. Stock cartridges cost more than I paid for the printer itself. Do yourself a favor and get these and save yourself 300 dollars. you will not be disappointed.

This toner is a great money saver! Glad i took a chance on it. It prints documents very well, just as good as my original toner. I haven’t tried to print solid to see how well it performs. I can’t comment on longevity because I use for a home printer and I don’t print every day! I hope it will last as long as my old original one. Had no issues with the fit ! It fits my HP LaserJet M 277 with no issues whatsoever!!! Overall I would recommend this toner, it serves its purpose for a franction of the price!Just wanted to update: one year later still printing and haven’t had to replace it yet! Will buy again! I have been using this toner for 2 years now. I love the quality of the print and have no issues with this at all. These come with the chip do it's kind of plug and play. Just install the toner and it registers and is ready for use.

The color quality is very good and the cartridges last as advertised. This is my second purchase of this product and I’m satisfied with it’s performance in my HP printer.

The toner cartridge fit the same as an OEM one. My printer (M277dw) did not throw any error messages stating that a third party toner was being used. I can't speak for the vibrancy of the color as I purchased a black toner. However, when printing text documents the words are easily distinguishable with not blurriness to them. I have not noticed any splotches or lines running along the side of my documents as with other toners. Time will tell if the toner really lasts for as long as it says but for now after about 300 pages it's doing well.

I bought the black ink cartridge back in January. I rarely use the printer, so I was surprised to see fading along the side of the page after a recent print. Guess that's why you have to pay premium for a name brand...

Fits as expected- great print quality

It produced streaks of black residue on the sides of the paper during the first few prints but then stabilized later. Not suitable if you’re looking for professional quality. Home printouts for private consumption are okay.
