Great watch. No surprises from Amazon.
Great experience from researching, ordering right through to delivery. Amazon (and the watch seller) made an accurate and comprehensive representation of the watch characteristics in their description. A tip: Pine Mountain Walker actually made the best review of this watch on their website. Price was the best I had found on the internet. Delivery was <12 days all the way to Australia.The watch is great! Medium size appearance on the wrist. I agree with other comments that this is not a heavy watch and it is easy to forget you are wearing it, except that the partial skeleton is hard to take the eyes off. An easy job for resizing the bracelet though the jeweller thought the pins were relatively loose but just a trivial observation. I accidentally undid the quick release latch when putting on my suit jacket by cocking my wrist adjusting my jacket's collar, it squeezed the two buttons together. Just need to be careful, that's all. I can believe that having the ability to wind the watch (which this watch offers) is a considerable bonus compared to those that do not offer that function. It is simple to give 6 quick winds each morning and the watch is good-to-go. I was fully aware before purchasing that this watch does not have a date function but the trade-off is a simply good looking watch. I will just have to use my phone for date!I spent quite some time looking for a remarkable though stylish watch and this is it. Exceptional.

Watch doesn't work– it speeds up by a minute everyday...
The watch looked beautiful when I opened the box, but the whole point of a watch is to tell the time, and it simply does not work. Despite the fact that I bought it new, it speeds up by about a minute everyday... I have to constantly check how fast it gets and adjust it every time. Very disappointing... hopefully I will get a full refund or a free replacement.

Would purchase again in a heartbeat.
This is not my first Bulova watch. I have had a Marine Star for about 16 years. I do not remember wearing my Marine Star since I purchased this watch 3 1/2 years ago from Amazon.This has been a fantastic watch. Looks great (lots of compliments). Is heavy on the wrist but I do not mind that. It keeps time very well. If you do not wear it for about 24 hours it will wind down (if so winding and time setting is simple and quick). Very durable. After 3 1/2 years and worn daily it shows little wear - not even a mark on the crystal. Most comfortable watch band I have owned. Very nice latch system (smooth, invisible, easy to latch and unlatch).

Elegant and refined.
This is my first automatic watch and i agonized over many choices before finally settling on this one. I love this watch. this watch has such an air of subtle elegance and sophistication. The watch is beautifully crafted and well put together. blue hands contrasting against the white dial really grabs the eye. I like the skeletonize'd area on the dial that lets you see a little bit of the movement and jewels. the watch is not very heavy so it is comfortable to wear all day long. This is my first Bulova but i don't think this is going to be my last. They seem to make a superior product that is also affordable. I have watches that cost double and triple what i paid for this one but this is definitely my favorite.

Beautiful watch
This watch is absolutely beautiful. I was a little worried at first it would be too flashy, but it has a perfect mix to turn this into a classic watch. It is very well made and I get a ton of compliments on it whenever I wear it out or to work.I'm giving this four stars due to no calendar which I like to have on all of my watches. This is definitely a watch I'll be handing down to my son when he gets older.1 stars for the horrible packing it came in.

Something is wrong.
Something's deffinetley wrong. the watch promoted doesn't have the BULOVA LOGO on the 12 hrs. and you can see in the offical video, that is below the last picture, the LOGO on the watch, in the same way all the BULOVA watches has the series number (in this case 96A118) between the V and VI hrs. Could Amazon or someone certifies that this is a real BULOVA or an AAA (knock off). The 2 stars is beacuse i do really like the watch and i want to purchase it but i doubt about the originality.

Classy Watch
I was holding back on my review until I had it for a few days to try it on. My initial doubts of purchasing this watch was squashed as soon as the product arrived. The watch is pretty close to what I had expected, the 96A118 is a medium sized watch and is surprisingly not heavy. This is not a quartz and hence accuracy was questions to be answered and for that, the time is pretty accurate( its does gain a minute or so every week but is not concern). Here are my Pros and Cons I have noticed the few days I have been using it.Pros1. The bracelet and watch has the Steel Shine which compliments the beauty of the watch.2. The watch can be manually keyed using the crown, when it stops running when not worn ( about 2 and half days)3. The unique buckle is discreet and does a pretty good job keeping them strapped and latched in.4. Being a bracelet watch is not very heavy but you will feel it through the day.5. The bracelet does not pull hair from the arm nor irritates the skin.6 Pretty much accurate for everyday use.7 I had unexpected bumps on the watch face and yet to see any scratches on the crystal.Cons1. Gains a minute or so every week.2. Pretty much useless in dark. It does have radiant hands but is not functional you are better off with you phone.3. Pins that holds the bracelet to gather are a tad loose, make sure you remember the placement of pins when adjusting the straps. If not done correctly the pins tend to fall making the bracelet will give away. I re-aligned the pins and is not an issue until now.

Ho acquistato questo orologio a movimento meccanico e ad oggi ne sono pienamente soddisfatto. Premetto che la spedizione del venditore Watchshop è stata rapidissima (ordinato il pomeriggio, arrivato la mattina successiva), e che l'orologio rispetta appieno le mie aspettative, posso suggerire al potenziale acquirente di portare a lungo l'orologio - si tratta di un orologio automatico a movimento Miyota che si ricarica con il movimento del polso e non necessita pertanto di ricarica manuale - . Così facendo, l'orologio non perderà un minuto, e sarà un bell'oggetto da portare e da utilizzare. Diversamente, dopo un paio di giorni, l'orologio comincia a perdere carica e a divenire impreciso, ma chi acquista un automatico conosce il meccanismo di funzionamento e sa come gestirlo.

Excellent watch, excellent brand, excellent service
Had this watch for 11 months, and could not be any happier with it. It keeps good time and it looks everyday classy.Recently I banged the crown a bit too hard against something and it got out of the socket. Sent it to Bulova for repair, and within two weeks I have my watch back good as new. Super happy with their customer service. I have already purchased two other Bulova watches as gifts and everybody is happy with them.I have a feeling I will be buying Bulova for the rest of my life.
