Bought it about a month ago and think its great. I have very wide hips , so usually the waste trainer doesn't cover all of my stomach (a lot of fat get left out of it and looks really bad ), but because this one has two layers( the first layer of hook and loop clips and then the zip ) it cover the whole area and I feel confident wearing it.I'm very tall 5'11 and size 18. And I bought size xl waste trainer and it fits great.I only wear it to the gym .it makes me sweat buckets and helps with posture,and to engage my core(to what I'm always struggling with in the gym) .It definitely does the job and will make you sweat ! So far in the few times I've worn it ,I already need to adjust to a smaller adjustment. Would definitely recommend !!!

I bought an XL & L, both true to size ( sending the XL back) soft, strong and comfortable.Would recommend.

This waist trainer is nice but very stretchy so I would size down. I wear a size 10 on my top half and my waist is 30 inches and the medium was too big.

Fits nicely.. but the itching is driving me nuts.. the fabric isn't the best

This is the second waist trainer I have bought to use as back support due to a health problem, and this one is by far the better of the 2, for only a few ££ more. It's comfortable against my skin, flexible enough to be active in (I went camping and put tents up and carried kit across fields whilst wearing it), and looks so good I could even wear it on top of a dress if I wanted. Very good value for money, I'll be getting a black one as well!

Mine has just arrived I've tried it on fits lovely, feels comfortable I no longer feel self conscious of my tummy :)

I purchased this product, and I am extremely disappointed with it. The material is incredibly itchy, and despite not knowing exactly what it is made of, it feels very uncomfortable against the skin. I have washed it several times, hoping it would soften up or become less irritating, but unfortunately, the itchiness persists.I've worn it on different occasions to test if the discomfort would lessen over time, but it remains unbearably itchy. In fact, it caused me a massive rash, making it impossible to wear for any length of time without severe discomfort. Even when it isn't directly touching my skin, the itchiness still manages to be a problem, which is incredibly frustrating.Given my experience, I cannot recommend this product at all. The quality of the material is subpar, and it has caused more harm than good. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this item.It doesn’t deserve any stars!!! It’s 💩

My first waist trainer whilst losing weight, and I'm happy with the results, I will be downsizing as I lose more weight.
