Sheamoisture Curl Stretch Pudding for Curls Red Palm Oil and Cocoa Butter with Shea Butter 11.5 oz

A favorite for use in very tight curls. We apply to wet hair that's already had some leave-in conditioner applied for ease of brushing. The curl stretch pudding helps to keep the curls from getting frizzy, and allows them to stretch out a bit more. Once dry, curls will tighten back up a bit, but leaves the overall curly look very nice, not frizzy.

Perfect for dry coily hair keeps my husbands Afro moisturized and brings out his curls works better when applied when hair is super damp there’s not much of a scent though

I have a lot of SheaMoisture products for my natural hair and I had high hopes for this stretching pudding. Due to my hair shrinks 85%. Well, it didn't elongate my curls and still had the 85% shrinkage however it did moisturize my hair which also tends to be on the dry scale. I gave this product 4 stars because it didn't elongate or decrease any shrinkage. But it is thick with some slip, IMO it didn't detangle as much as I hoped. But the smell is odd but not overpowering and it did leave my hair with a sticky feeling all though it went on with a white film but dries without residue being visible. Handling the hair pudding is indeed thick and rubbing the pudding between your hands it does not melt so it is very very concentrated which I think makes it difficult to soak into the hair. Little goes a long way and I have thick hair. The price is OK maybe a little inflated but I tend to be frugal. Would I buy the product again? No because it didn't do as it read it would do in terms of eliminating hair shrinkage

I love this curl cream. It makes my curls (3c) look amazing and keeps them super soft. It’s not greasy or drying. Smells great too! It has been so hard to find consistently in stores around my area. The price is well below what is being charged when I do get lucky and find it, between $12 and $15 usually. I wound up buying 2 😀

The product seems tampered with and not like the original formula. It did not come sealed as all other shea moisture products usually are and the smell was less strong, maybe its a new formula from the company or maybe I shouldnt be buying hair products on amazon lol. But anyway this original product was made for 4c curls, I even love the wash and go styles :)

I have purchased this product multiple times and even recommended to friends and family. Using it leaves my curl’s moisturized and my hair healthy. I really love how my hair absorbs the product and isn’t left with a white residue like other products I have used. This one is a winner!

This product is phenomenal for certain hair types. Personally I did not have the success (tried it twice in my hair - African American) I was looking for so my friend tried it out and BANG - BANG her hair looks and feels fabulous!! She is Mexican and has long natural curls that most people pay hundreds for at a beauty parlor. All and all she absolutely loves it and the difference is very noticable in terms of texture and look of her curls! It definitely gets 5 stars!
