THIS ANTENNA IS AWESOME AND HAS GOOD RECEPTION ON MY WHISTLER 1080 SCANNER. PULLS IN ALL THE DIGITAL CHANNELS WITHOUT ANY STATIC, SAME GOES FOR THE ANALOG CHANNELS. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

thought this might be an upgrade on home patrol 2 , it doesn't hear much if anything , build quality is good but its a moot point if reception is null , go with the old radio shack 800 mhz or try a duel band 2 meter 70 cm for better results on phase 2 systems
