SODQW Photochromic Polarized Sunglasses Mens Pilot Sun Specs for Driving Cycling with UV400 Protection

I wanted some polarising glasses to aid my vision when playing golf as I was having trouble picking up the balls in flight when it was bright sunlight. As this had been an increasing issue recently (age and cataracts!) and I was beginning to think my golfing days were going to be cut short. I have just had my cataracts done so I apprehensively wore these to the driving range and as I walked onto the range and watched the first person hit a ball I was delighted to see it land in the distance. I managed to see all my shots so these are going into my golf bag to be used from now on when I play - I went for photochromatic lens as these will lighten in the gloomy days ahead. The frames are well made and look very strong. A delighted purchaser and restored golfer!

Would be perfect if they worked a little more at the extremes - a little clearer when it’s getting dark outside and a little darker when it’s bright .Very lightweight and comfortable.Not sure how strong they are as I’ve managed not to sit on them so farStyling and size similar to Aviators ! Not a bad thing in my book

I have to say, I had a pair of these for over a year and lost them.. I was very sadSo ordered another pair as soon a so could, so first the delivery which was very prompt.Product, arrived with cleaning cloth and soft case and a little key fob light. Tue glasses themselves are very very good. They aren't super dark but dark enough, I live in a very very sunny part of the world and spend a lot of time by the sea, they react well the polarizing works very well and I love how they take the glare off water and allow me to see onto the water, great for seeing fish etc. But be aware when looking at screens like satnav it can obscure the screen.With spring arms on the metal frames they feel like quality, every bit a luxurious as RayBan Aviators, which have owned.The optics are really decent, I can't fault them to be fair, truly comparable to glasses 5 times the price.

They do go dark but not dark enough, and they don't seem to go back to clear ISH. Otherwise there clear enough to see, while driving but wished they was darker, bout quality of frames is good.

When I took the glasses out of the case, the lenses were quite dark. This raised my suspicion, so I put one lense in the bag/case and subjected the other lense to bright sunlight for several minutes. When I removed the covering from the enclosed lense, there was no difference in the darkness of the two lenses.This proved they were not photochromic and not what I had wanted. It is a pity as otherwise they were lightweight, stylish and perfect The returns service was outstanding.

Partner urgently required photochromic lenses after an eye operation . These have not disappointed. Arrived quickly . Fit well and sensible sized lenses to protect eyes from natural light . My partner can now go outside and drive without the light and low dazzling winter sun troubling him…. you have changed his life! Thank you so much …great service and product .

I added this to my collection and must say it is exactly as described. Very comfortable and great for sunny days.

Lenses are really good with excellent polarisation. The frames feel are a little bit cheap and cheerful but then at that price you can't complain. They do exactly what they are ment to do. Good value.
