The product is great but according to my nutritionist just having 1 box for 1 day and not having anything else is bad for health. But I added the teas and juice on my daily diet for once a day.

i used to saw lots of good reviews and too much ads of this product so i could not resist it.i bought one day pack.thank god,i dint buy one month pack.i couldn't have servived.it's just the combination of juices ,teas and two soup in lunch and dinner(too mush liquid) and nothing else in between for the whole days.i felt hungry all day.i did not loose even a gram after strictly following it the whole day.not buying it.i was forced to buy it because of too much advertising and temptation for body detox but its too costly for what they are giving and it prevailed nothing for me.
