The Good: Great display - crisp and bright with good resolution. The size is perfect. It's light enough to hold without fatigue. The included keyboard case is very cool with it's magnetic keyboard attachment and magnetic clasp. The keys have good feedback. While tiny, the key placement was good enough that my sausage fingers could still hit the right keys. And it's Bluetooth, so I can use it with my phone and other BT devices. It has an HDMI-out. I like the button placement - all on the side. Two GB RAM is great and the processor is fast enough to handle a lot of PC games at lower graphics settings. It has a flat-edge screen without any ridges. The battery life is good and it charges quickly with the 2 Amp charger included. Includes the USB dongle for full-size USB. The price is righteous. Pair it with a Bluetooth mouse and you've got a desktop-on-the-go system.The Bad: Graphics are wimpy and the built-in speakers are tinny-sounding, but it's a tablet, so I don't think there's many ways around that without dropping the big bucks. It can only handle microSD cards up to 32 GB. Really? With 128 GB cards coming down in price? The glass is not as silky as other tablets - my rubber-tipped stylus stuck to the surface and made note taking cumbersome. Maybe it would do better with some of the smaller-tipped styluses on the market.The Ugly: The MicroSD card slot was broken on the unit I received - the cards fall out. However, it's sold through Amazon, not a third party vendor. Amazon customer service is awesome and they sent me a pre-paid shipping package to send it back for a replacement. If the replacement unit is A-Ok, this will go up to a four-star.Playing Civilization V and WOW from the couch while my wife watches TV is nicer than being chained to a desktop.

UPDATED SEE BELOW - ORIGINAL POST LEFT FOR HISTORICAL PURPOSE: Overall I am satisfied with this tablet. It is sturdy, but a bit heavy. The screen is sharp and bright. The WiFi works well. Set up was very easy. Navigation is still something to adjust to, but I am managing. I like that it is bundled with a keyboard and has a nice case.. It is light on memory, but the price was right. The bad is that the screen doesn't dim as low as I like for dark rooms, the keyboard attaches with magnets a separates rather easily, and the touch screen seems to be very slightly off and occasionally misses the mark, but not that often. The space bar on keyboard isn't sensitive enough and requires a sturdy push. The built in speakers are adequate for basic sound, but you may be disappointed if you like solid tones and louder volume. My earbuds sound ok with it though. The cameras are okay, but not top end - again the price was right. The loaded and available software/apps is abundant, too. The battery holds up pretty well, which surprised me. I would purchase again for my needs, which are basic.The above was my original post. I am downgrading to 3 stars, possibly more depending. The tablet is quirky, the support is non-existent, and now it doesn't turn on. The blue tooth keyboard misses many letters and I usually don't try and use it. The WiFi drops and I have to turn off and turn back on the WiFi for it to find my MiFi or disconnect it from the MiFi because even though it shows connected, I get no network errors on the web page. I emailed IView via their support weeks ago, and I have yet to hear from them. Now today it shut off and absolutely will not turn on. So, I will try support again, but you may want to spend a little more an get a more reliable brand. If you already purchased and IView based on my above comments, I'm sorry, but it was the truth at the time.

After 3 tries I finally got a tablet that worked with a keyboard that wasn't broken. The first tablet wouldn't power on or charge, the second the tablet worked but the keyboard was broken so I ordered a replacement, when it came in the tablet wouldn't power on again but the keyboard was good so I kept it to go with the second tablet (if you have to replace wait until the replacement comes in before shipping the bad one out just in case).Amazon was very good with the returns and replacements (the only reason I gave this product a try).Now that I have a working tablet it is performing as I had hoped and for the price you can't help but try it. Just wish that the first one I got would have worked correctly.

This definitely gets 5 stars. Not that its perfect, its not. Occasionally after idling for some time I restart it due to Bluetooth keyboard slow response- not that big of a deal as it resets quickly. I'm not real happy with Windows 8.1 but it beats 8 by far. Those are the cons. That's it. I've use a Bluetooth mouse with it as well and it works OK. Touch screen response is good. I've used Excel and Word for many purposes; all works great and it was a breeze to install Office 365 (just follow instructions). The battery has kept good charge and charge will stop when it reaches full; will not overcharge if left plugged in. Its replaced my 10" Android tablet which has some issues and the reason I started looking into this. I have had to contact iView and am in the process of an RMA (SD card wont come out- at this point I don't know if I did something wrong inserting it) and can tell you the reports of customer service being unreachable are wrong. If I need to update this after repair, I will; still happy at this point. This can't be beat at its price (or even a bit higher).

Would be a five star review if I could receive an answer from customer service. The micro sd port doesn't appear to work. Otherwise I'm happy with it

Can't get it to work, very nice features with the case and keyboard but will not work, this is my third one and I've given up...you get what you pay for and the price was cheap and the product is junk...going to purchase the Microsoft Surface

Bought this product thinking it would not be able to play older pc games like warcraft 3. Boy was I wrong. Change compatibility and it will work :)
