Exactly What I Needed
Main job was to use this cable to program my Kenwood TM-281 mobile. Connected perfectly and my Mac recognized it. I used CHIRP as the software and everything works!!

Sadly, will not work with CHIRP, it does work great with Kenwood MCP-1A software.

Needed a programming cable for a Kenwood TM-271A and this cable filled the bill well

Appears Well build but is not for the tk850
Cable appears to be well built. The instructions are in English. It is a 10 pin cable though not the eight pin cable that the Kenwood requires I should've read the listing better but they do have the tk 840 listed as a model it fits that is incorrect.
