Pricey, but worth it.
These tongs are pricey, but they do a very good job. I think they are very well designed. The silicone tips are non-marring, while the metal teeth do a good job of grasping larger and heavier items. The one-handed locking mechanism is a huge improvement over other tongs that require a second hand to lock. All in all, I consider this to be money well spent.

Great Locking System
Other locking tongs seem to break quickly and then I can't close them for storage. So far these seem to be working. If it lasts I'll buy a longer size.

Trustworthy
These are always my go to tongs. They work for canning and my sous vide. No slipping off the jars. If I happen to grab another pair, I always end up going back to these.
