My first purchase of these earbuds was not the best experience because I could not get both of them to sync properly to bluetooth. So I contacted the seller and they concluded that I must have a defective pair. They immediately started processing a replacement pair and sent them to me without even requesting that I return the 1st pair even though I would've had no problem doing so.PROS- Great fit. I've had several different brands of earbuds over the years and I think because my ears might have an odd shape, the default eartips usually don't fit me well but these did. Very good design that feels comfortable.- Design. Again, the earbuds feel great and even the enclosing case is very concise and useful. LED readout on the case lets you know where your stored charge is. So far, I have not run out of battery even with a lot of constant listening thoughout the day. I do charge it every night.- Features. From my research, these were the only pair that I found that had built-in control features of pause, volume control, next and previous track. I do listen to a lot of music and audiobooks so these features are very helpful to me.- Customer service. As mentioned before, customer service was great! I'll be looking to see what other items they sell.CONS- (None that I can think of)Great product, I encourage anyone looking for a pair of bluetooth earbuds to highly consider these.

I just got these iTeknic earbuds for Father's Day. They were extremely easy to set up with my iPhone - took seconds to pair and play. The touch controls worked as expected. The clarity and range was better than I expected. I played vocal, instrumental, classical, and hard rock songs and got a really nice range. It charged quickly and has held all week based on my listening habits. The case fits in my pocket nicely and the ear buds fit nicely too. The ear pieces come in three sizes with the medium size installed on the buds. Choose what feels best for you. The only downside seemed to be an Amazon issue. I noticed when I got the box it was taped by Amazon with an Amazon sticker on the bottom. After opening the box, there was no charging cord within. Thankfully, I have an abundance of cords for various devices and was able to use one I already had instead of adding to the collection. I do not fault iTeknic at all - this was an Amazon issue. Overall, I am very pleased and hope to get a long life out of these earbuds

Nice compact and sleek design of the case and the ear buds. Connection to the phone was easy. Sound quality was good and charging was easy and fast.There was another pair of earbuds whose case was a back battery, which this one lacks, but the design and functionality of this is better than those other ones. Had these earbuds’ case delivered with a similar battery-backup case I’d have given it 6 out of 5 stars

Fantastic true wireless option. Great batter life, decent sound quality (try playing with spotify’s EQ settings if you want to adjust). After a coulple months of constant use the left bud stopped charging. I emailed the seller and they shipped me a replacement. Great customer service.

Love these! I can’t afford Apple air pods so decided to try these and they work really well! Took me a bit to figure out how to set them up but working well now! No more cords!

I recently bought 2 pairs of these and on 1 pair the left side doesn't work, I tried and everything and it doesn't work, I tried emailing the support team and they blocked everything I sent, really awful on their part cant even contact them.

This is 3.5 as the earbuds are great when both are being used as when you used the right one by it's self it some time skip song or calls people back by it's self

So worth it. I didn’t want to get AirPods because of the price and wow are these worth it. Thank you!

Horrible. Buyer beware. After 3 months, batteries die & non responsive. Tried getting in touch with seller without success.

Ce produit est de bonne qualité et facile à utiliser! On peut utiliser un écouteur ou deux, à notre guise. La charge dure vraiment longtemps. Le son pour la musique est superbe!
