Waste of money
I couldn't understand the instructions, maybe it was just me being a bit thick but I just couldn't follow the step by step guide to mold them round my teeth. There to big in length (says you can cut them but I wouldn't even know where to start) they don't cover the length of my teeth if that makes any sense.. could see alot of the bottom of my teeth by the gum? Surely the bottoms need covering for support and to be able to work? Overall... Hard to follow instructions, don't fit at all, uncomfortable, awkward and a complete waste of money!
