This really works.
Had a 16' garage door that leaked water under the bottom gasket. Had the gasket replaced and it still leaked. I was told that my slab did not have enough drop in the front so water was push back under the door. I bought this item as it states it helps with this issue. I installed it and bingo, problem solved. This really works on leaky doors. Easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. You just need two tubes of construction adhesive and a razor knife.

GREAT Solution - More affordable than the big garage door company!
We had gaps in our garage door seal and water was always an issue. Garage door company wanted over $300 to install a new bottom seal. We found this and we are VERY happy we gave it a try. We did have to buy the longest one and the shortest one and cut the smaller one to fill in the entire bottom of the garage door but we have a 3 car garage, the longest one would be perfect for a 2 car garage. It was easy to install and with a little waterproof sealant on the bottom it has stayed in place. Great value, great solution, and we highly recommend this product!

Roll up bottom seal
This is a very good product and easy to apply. Still an issue at the very ends keeping water out. Need a way to get it sealed at the ends of the rollup door. In my case I’ll be adding some extra caulk and I and adding brush seals around the door soon.

Highly recommend to seal garage and keep critters out.
This really works and is very easy to install especially if your garage floor has a step down "lip" on it. Mine does and so no adhesive had to be used. The strip fits perfectly inside track of garage door. I only needed to adjust length a small bit which was easy to do with scissors. Highly recommend to seal garage and keep critters out.

Great seal and so easy to install!
This garage door seal works great. The old rubber gasket on my door has a unique rubber insert that I couldn’t find. I decided to give this seal a try. It’s very sturdy, heavy and provides a great tight seal. The incidence of insects in my garage has dropped to almost none. It cuts easily and can be glued down just the same.

Great product - Highly recommend it
Product as described and excellent quality. This is my second time purchasing this product. I initially purchased it to seal the gap between my garage slab and the door. But, now repurchased to cover the gap at my pool's retracting cover and brick edging. Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent seal with fantastic results
This is a very high quality product with excellent results! Install was easy and after several rain events (one of which was very intense) water no longer seeps into my garage. The seal is exceptionally strong and I highly recommended it!

Measure your concrete floor first with a level before buying this door seal
I gave this door seal about 3 stars because it probably does work but buyer beware that you need to measure how level your concrete floor is first because my flooring isn't level in certain spots and this garage door seal will NEVER work if your floor isn't level. I was wondering why the garage door was showing light underneath the garage door even though the seal was positioned correctly, and that's why. If your concrete floor isn't level, you will end up having to buy the actual garage door seal that was originally meant for your garage door, plain and simple. I learned the hard way. Oh well.
