Tools did work, BUT I had to put the roller-follower removal tool in a vice and bend it a little to make it fit correctly. Once I got it bent to a serviceable angle I had no issues replacing all the timing components on my ford 5.4 3 valve motor. I'd say it was worth the money I saved not buying the genuine ford brand tools.

The crank timing tool was to long so I had to grind it down. Spring compressor bends every opportunity it gets. Only rating 3 stars because of the price.

The valve tool isn’t the best. Although it did work, it was very difficult. The actual nut part doesn’t fit down on the threads unless you remove the fork part a bit then try to push it back in place. They should have made the nut a little longer to grab the threads when the tool is lined up. Also the tool bent on the first one.

I get this tool to do my timing gear replacement and works perfect, I did not have to spend hundreds of dollars in a "Well known brand" to do a clean job.

Cam Shaft timing tool had to be modified in prefer to work. I had to grind down the tool because it was to long and ream out the hole to get it to work. Next issue, during the entire process of compress the springs the fork on the tool kept bent until it broke. I was able to do 10 of the 24 valves before it broke. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me but it’s definitely a cheaply made product.

Had to modify straight out of the box like others said. A little bit of grinding. Other than that it seemed to do ok. I only removed 6 roller followers with it. It got the job done.

If I could give this a 1/4 star I would....the compression leg bent by the 4th valve, then the bracing fork bent....last the cam setting tool doesn't fit, I cut it to length but the opening was too small to go over the timing pin....COMPLETE JUNK!!!!
