Bought this when my old one died. Figured an upgrade was due. Delivered in 24 hours, well packaged and looked great. Fit well, the new mic and speakers are bigger and i expected the experience to be better. I was wrong. Firstly, connecting to another device is a nightmare. Fine for your phone but another bluetooth headset is another matter completely. The instructions are pretty crap so you have to figure it out yourself. I still couldnt tell you how i managed it. Adding an additional device no idea ive tried everything.. More worrying is that the other devices are Fodsports own too youd think it would be easy., think again.Battery power is great lasts ages once you get to use it, sound is pretty tinny no real substance or quality despite the speakers being as big as side plates. The BTs2 was better.Looses connectivity over 100 yds and thats line of sight, go around a corner within 10 feet of the device expect to lose quality. Very disappointing and certainly not an upgrade. Got a 1500 mile trip planned next month with my 77yr old father in law, bought this so we could keep in touch and i can make sure he is safe and we get back in one piece, so he can cross this off his bucket list am getting ready for a journey of frustrating silence and anxiety.Dont buy this as an upgrade or be sucked into thinking its a bargain. Its really not.

The eu instruction manual has no English but it was easy to find a download on the fodsports website. Sounds okay when you’re not moving but I couldn’t hear much when I went over 25mph. Installation, setup & connection to my iPhone XR was all relatively straight forward and once connected everything worked as it should. How this performs on the move will really depend on your own setup, the aerodynamics of your bike and how quiet your helmet is.
