Under Counter Wine and Beverage Cooler, 18 Bottles and 55 Cans

I don’t like it because it doesn’t get cold no matter how high It is.

We were remodeling our kitchen and wanted a beverage fridge this had all the things that we wanted. We installed it it was defective after a whole week it never cold it never got to a pattern Amazon so graciously refunded us and provided us a replacement unit after two months of this replacement working perfectly it now has again not been able to cool it makes a loud noise 24 hours a day and I would never ever purchase anything from this company again. Their craftsmanship is awful I would prefer to spend an extra $400 on good craftsmanship on something that’s going to last than this do not waste your money. Wish I had better facts to report. UPDATE: Upon emailing the company directly, they refunded me the full cost of the item and sent me a 10% discount code to purchase a new one. The new one works great! We love how it can fit wine, beer bottles and cans. It looks great in my new kitchen.We received this product and followed the factory installation directions. We allowed it to sit upright for 24+ hours before plugging it in and unfortunately this product does not work. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic in the United States at this time Amazon has not been returning emails or phone calls about faulty products. Upon plugging it in, it began to warm up, the temperature rising and started to smell like burning plastic/electrical wires. We left in turned on for several hours and nothing changed.We are disappointed that this product did not work, we spent quite a bit of money on this item. We read many of the reviews and were looking forward to it being a showpiece item in our newly remodeled kitchen. We have friends that have purchased your products before and have been very please with the quality.We would like a new product sent to us or we would like to be refunded for this item. It's unacceptable that this product arrived to our home and did not work upon installation following the factory instructions.

We have had our beverage fridge for a week and could not be more happy with our purchase. The fridge held 18 bottles of wine, 15 monsters, 15 cans of beer, 6 bottles of water and 8 cans of pop. It’s quite and is a great addition to our kitchen.

I bought this unit and it was delivered in April. I really liked the way that it looked. It did seem a little noisy and I was surprised that the light in the unit was designed to only stay on temporarily. In June I heard a very strange metallic noise which sounded like the fan was hitting against something. The unit stopped cooling and none of the lights would come on. I am wine cooler shopping again.Amazon was great to work with though. They refunded my money.

It arrived in excellent condition. Followed the instructions about letting it settle for a day before starting it up. Started it up and set the two side temperatures, within hours it was at temperature on both sides. Runs very quietly. Very happy so far. Needed a system that would run under counter and choose this based on its features.

Less than two years after it was installed it's not usable. The left side won't cool and it's been super noisy since day 1. I can't find a single company to service this brand and I live in a large major US city. Do not buy if you want something that works and is quiet!

Measurements are as stated and it runs quietly as long as you don't turn it down to the lowest settings.
