Bought my daughter a 4T
I bought this for my daughter who is between a 3T-4T and the outfit was kind of short, but I bought some fleece pants to go under it since it was cold on Halloween, leggings would have worked, too. She loved it, but it was just a little to short, it you want it a little longer, I would size up.
