Direct sunlight and high humidity... no bueno
The problem with this type of tile is, if it's going down on your garage floor, you'd better have shade or keep your garage door shut. Direct sunlight and high humidity cause the tiles to buckle.

Fantastic overall product. If I sell the house the garage floor tiles are going with me.
Eleven years ago I cleaned and upgraded my garage. Living in Florida, I added air conditioning and cabinets; then turned my attention to the floor. A few friends had epoxy garage floors and two friends had checkerboard hard glued tiled floors. The glued floors were scratched, stained and would not clean up well. I just did not like the appearance of the epoxy floors. I sent for samples of Tuff-Seal and other plastic brands. Tuff-Seal won my vote hands down. The Tuff-Seal floor still looks fantastic after eleven years. However, the Tuff-Seal’s tile-reducer-strip was a problem. It was sold in two pieces instead of one strip to fit entirely across the double car entry. It would break loose at that seam and get ruined by the car tires. I had to replace it twice. Recently, I found out they finally sell it as one-piece strip long enough to span the double door entry. Now it fits well, stays in place, and looks fantastic. Interestingly, as I enter the garage from inside the house, it seems I am walking into another room, rather than a garage where two cars live. Again, after eleven years, I am totally satisfied with the Tuff-Seal tiles. Thank you for a great overall product.

This is good stuff!
We put this in our kitchen and laundry room around 13 years ago when we built the house. It looks wonderful, is easy to clean up, and has not cracked like the ceramic tile in our bathrooms. We love it!
