Some of the reviews almost put me off and i was going to leave it. I'm glad i didnt, everything is high quality for the price and the bracket is more than adequate for the 4ft bag. I would have liked longer bolts, maybe just an extra inch or two longer would have been better for more grip but they still did the job.

read the other reviews and made a decision based on what I needed the bag for which was general fitness but not professional boxing or MMA. That said the bag has had some serious punching and kicking and is holding up well after a few weeks at least with no signs of damage/splitting, etc. I keep it under cover so it is not getting wet. Fixings all good and bag comes filled so all you need to do is hang it up. Would be good to have a floor fixing for it as it swings about quite a bit when you kick it low down, but it is not essential. Good weight and firm to punch/kick. Gloves provided are adequate enough for occasional use but not great. Skipping rope, etc and other bits you don't really need but are effectively free anyway.

Bought this for my teenage son best thing I’ve ever bought him apart from his Xbox of course but yes it’s decent for the price highly recommend

Decent work out manageable to get the heart rate going and for a good price too but if you have a fighting background and are an adult and using this for fight preparation then it isn’t the best purchase you could make as it is a very light bag and flys all over the place.

The item is good quality and although there was a mix up with the bracket the company responded promptly and concluded the problem quickly.I would recommend to purchase.
