yes please
I run 3d printing for my job. we just starting working with a $200,000 SLA. we also run a polyjet, FDM and DLP machines regularly. I'm a mechanical engineer in product development on precision handhelds. This printer prints higher detail than any system that I have at the day job. In fact, I just bought one of these at the day job because it is so much more precise than the other systems. I used to print my personal projects on the work printers when i needed detail; then i started printing work stuff on this printer at home, so...I have an application where I am printing molds with this. Right out of the printer, the surface finish is good enough for sale with out refinishing. To get this professionally done, it would have cost me thousands per mold, and I have 5 molds running right now. Do the math, then buy this printer.Light distribution is better than the cheap resin printers, so you can use the entire bed, and lower exposures without concern. light intensity is higher, so you can print faster. the z support is solid.I might just buy myself another because I can't believe how awesome this little thing is. (So far, I only have this and an XL. and the other one at work... but just one more... mmmmmmm)

Probably not a good idea to buy unless you are technically inclined
These things are Japanese, I think, and the instructions and UI are in bad english. I've yet to have a successful print. A power loss caused it to hang at the booting screen. I've looked at what some people have said about the tech support. This happens frequently and the solution is to reflash the SD card with new firmware. I ordered a new firmware card. You can flash a new card yourself but I don't have time to mess with it. Im praying the firmware on the card I order will fix this issue. I know this is a fairly new company so they are still getting their stuff together. If I weren't used to having to solve technical issues associated with my makerbot, I would probably be a lot more irritated than I am. I had originally purchased this printer in an attempt to rid myself of technical problems with 3D printing. No such luck. Since these printers are out of stock I'm worried they have been discontinued because they are so problematic.2 weeks later. After updating the firmware, I have prints just die in the middle of printing. Plus it seems to only print half of the things I tell it to when I do get successful prints. Bad news. Will update.

great chonki printer
this was my first resin printer, was worried it wouldnt be a good starting point since it wasnt the sonic mini, I was wrong, this thing is quality made, metal base, parts and even metal vat, came with already taped up seal for the lcd screen, only problem is I nicked the wireless usb cd driver installer, tried downloading the drivers online but even doing that successfully and hooking up the cable directly to my router still did not let me print wirelessly, the fact that the usb is in the back is a pita bc this machine is on my bottom part of my shelf. Print quality and ease of use is amazing, I have done about 3 plug and play models that Ive made and they came out great, anybody that says these smell is nitpicking and has obviously not been around fiberglass resin, it had a slight tinge to it when pouring but once I put that lid on I DID NOT SMELL IT AT ALL! So if you want a resin printer that is a tank and doesnt need an exhaust fan and tube going out a window, Id highly suggest this!

Darn Good
This is my second Phrozen (I have a 2018 Shuffle as well) and 10 prints in this has been just as good as my Shuffle so far. Build quality is a little less, removing the top is kind of a pain vs. it being a hinged lid, and the Z-axis isn't as bulletproof—though still really good. My profiles all wok between the machines. I did have to reseat the SD card in the back on start-up as it shook loose in transit and wouldn't boot. All in all, I am very happy with this machine.

Came in broke, no tech support
Horrible tech support.. tell you to go to Facebook to get help from other people... after getting help from others because manual is worthless.. found out lcd screen was bad... there was also a wire hanging out the back. Pinched in the case and the case was scratched up.... will be looking to buy from a better company... was looking forward to the good quality printing from this machine but needs better support and quality control...
