I LOVE this for my makeup! The sturdiness of it is great, which helps with stabilizing your lines! It’s not skimpy either ~the cotton tip~ but not too thick either! I bought 1200 pcs! So I’m set for a while!

Works perfectly to get in cracks and crevices to remove nail polish, for a clean finish with the sturdy and small pointed ends. I haven't used for makeup, but would work if any sharp lines are needed (eye makeup) or for gentle cleanup during makeup application.

They are good yet I was hoping they came to more of a point at the end like some others.

These pointed cotton tips are very good quality and great for use with mascara smudges.

I know I know you aren’t supposed to put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear. Cleaning out wax is often done by a doc with one of those hoops; but if YOU are a rule breaker and YOU have a lot of wax in those canals then YOU need these spiky cotton swabbies! It cleans like crazy without shoving all of it further into your ear. Each one’s cotton is wrapped tighter than your last valentines date, so it won’t come apart when you least expect it to, and clog things up! They come in a brown paper box, BUT inside the box is a series of large plastic bags, each containing a predetermined amount of these bad boys per bag. Very nice to not have to have a giant plastic box on the counter in the bathroom!Overall they are great. Some folks also use them for make up application and because they are sturdy this also works really well (fromwhat I have seen on others, I know nothing of make up).
