Calcium and Magnesium I've always taken, but heard this past year that Boron is actually a must as well. The Calcium and Magnesium helps with my middle of the night horrible leg cramps, the Boron, is said to help with our immune system and bone formation and stability, so being over 40 I'm going to continue to implement this into my daily diet.
