The light don't come on I just wondering have I got a defect on or not

This item has never worked at all since I purchased it in August, despite keep trying to make it work it does nothing, I tried to get advice on line but was required to pay for any advice, my computer is working fine in all other respects but not with the Infinitikloud, total waste of money.

Bought for mac but crashes while saving files after being on for 6 hours while still loading also their home screen goes blank several times leaving you totally confused maybe I just got a duff one but very disappointed as I had high expectations for this product.

Disgrace that it advertises compatibility with Windows without noting limitation that not compatible with Windows Vista so any attempt to recover earlier data is impossible and they renege on any money back guarantee. They don't communicate and don't provide return details or advice. PayPal don't offer protection so BEWARE!!

From the outset this device failed to deliver, the upgrade literally! The communication from the seller was abominable, I started the backup three weeks ago and it’s been running day and night and it’s only at 16.16G?The promise was a full 64G in about two hours. No chance. A total nightmare, don’t waste your time and money on this red white elephant.
