This is the best lotion I have ever tried. There are a few weeks in winter where my hands really need a good lotion. This brand really does hydrate my hands without the oily feel. I will definitely purchase again when it runs out.Note: The night one comes out very fast! So squeeze it just a little.

I love this cream! It really helps with my cracked hands. My hands are very sensitive to soap and they crack easily. I use dial sensitive antibacterial liquid soap and that even makes my hands crack and bleed and this lotion works wonders. Yes it first does burn but it really helps with my cracked hands. I guess I should look more into a soap that doesn’t crack my hands but I haven’t done that yet.

I have bad skin flare-ups of my right hand from time to time and each time lasts a good couple of months. Never thought of using this product although having heard of it for a long time. Decided to give it a try and worked magic for my hand! The overnight treatment is especially effective. The scarred areas softened with only one treatment and the overall redness has come down significantly. The itching, which bothers me the most and causes the prolonged wounds, reduced 90%, I would say! I feel much more liberal now with frequent handwashing!

It's not as thick as the nighttime formula, making it perfect for everyday use. My hands feel noticeably softer and smoother after each application.I highly recommend giving this lotion a try if you're struggling with dry, irritated skin.

I picked up O’Keeffe’s Working Hands Hand Cream after hearing it was great for dry, cracked hands. I’ve been struggling with rough skin this winter, so I was hopeful this would be the solution. At first, I liked how thick and creamy it felt—it definitely seemed like it would provide some serious hydration. And to be fair, it does work well enough overnight or when my hands are really dry.But there are a few things that keep me from loving it. The biggest issue is the smell—it’s not exactly pleasant. It’s kind of medicinal and strong, which makes using it throughout the day less appealing. Also, while it does moisturize, it takes a while to fully absorb, leaving my hands feeling greasy for a bit afterward. This isn’t a huge deal if I’m just lounging at home, but it’s annoying when I need to use my hands right away.To be fair, it’s effective for severely dry skin, and it’s reasonably priced for the size. But for everyday use, it’s just okay. If you’re dealing with really bad cracks or dryness, it might be worth trying, but don’t expect it to feel luxurious or smell nice. It gets the job done, but it’s not something I’d repurchase unless I was desperate.

I am absolutely floored by this stuff. My husband has had severely dry, chapped hands for YEARS. We have tried everything we can think of and nothing has helped. I did some searching and came across this duo. IMMEDIATE results. He’s only used it a few days, and his hands are visibly better and nearly healed. His knuckle had cracked pretty badly before this came in, and now his hands look and FEEL soft. He has spent so much time applying lotion ALL day with no results. He just applies the night cream before bed, and the other hand cream a couple of times throughout the day now. He and I could not be more pleased. To top it off, there is no scent! I am very sensitive to fragrance and get frequent migraines because of it, and this doesn’t have a scent- good or bad- which is perfect for us, especially too since my husband has sensitive skin. WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR THIS PRODUCT!

I clean for people and garden alot, so my hand take a beating. I put this one every night before bed and my hands always feel so much better in tge morning

This is only a review for the overnight one. As I have not used, the regular one yet. I've used the overnight one a couple nights in a row and saw improvement after the first night. I did wear cotton gloves.For a couple hours throughout the night. However I think it would have worked pretty well either way. I've been watching my hands a lot more recently, and clearly you could tell. They were dry and easily scratched or cut. It didn't feel as heavy or greasy as I remember from years ago maybe because this was the night one or because it was night, and I wasn't using my hands much. I would definitely recommend this product and possibly a pair of cotton gloves for night use.
