By overwhelming demand, we developed this QD-mount for the T-1/T-2 & H-1/H-2 in order to provide users absolute-cowitness with iron sights. The LT751 is designed specifically for use with irons flipped in the "down" position. The "I-beam" design provides the user a better field of view and is lighter than our LT660 mount. Like all LaRue mounts, it is precision-machined out of bar-stock aluminum and matt black anodized to provide a durable non-reflective surface finish. The locking LaRue Speed Lever provides outstanding return to zero, the optic can be removed and replaced without loss of zero.

Nice Solid Mount
Mount arrived on time.Nice, solid feel to mount and locking lever mechanism.LaRue provided a spare attachment screw. Thanks, folks.I read a lot about people using Loctite on the threads; a valid assumption since LaRue provides a vial of unmarked blue fluid and there are no instructions other than for adjusting the locking lever. But Page 12 of the Aimpoint Micro T2 User's Manual has a warning, "DO NOT USE THREAD LOCKING FLUID AS IT MAY DAMAGE THE INSERTS ON THE SIGHT."Aimpoint must really mean it because they repeat the warning on pages 23, 35, 46, and 56, becoming more and more insistent...ATTENTIONACHTUNGADVERTENCIAVARNING...until finally on page 68 the poor writer just loses all control of his fingers and blurts out...Sæwßdłkkjį?'If they resort to such profanity I suppose I should take them at their word.I attached the sight to the LaRue without Loctite, as warned above, locked the combo onto a Smith and Wesson M&P 15 OR, shot 50 rounds of 223 and checked for looseness. I snugged the screws and dropped a bead of Larue's blue fluid just on the base of each tightened screw to show if any try to escape. Hope Aimpoint is happy with that compromise.

High quality co-witness.
This product is very well made.Pros- Nice positive lock. Then handle locks to prevent accidental release from catching.- Fitting. Many mounts are sloppy in the picatinny and you need to position it formard in the mount. This one has very little play to begin with.- Perfect height for cowitness with standard height sights- Returns to zero- Mounts aimpoint micro well. Also primary arms micro dots on the more budget friendly side.- Looks. Subjective, but I think it fits the overall slim/small aesthetic of a microdot very well.- Installation well thought outCons- Price: But most quality mounts are quite pricey, so not much of a complaint..

Excellent Quality!!!
Can't say enough good things about the quality of LaRue mounts and Products. Always exactly to spec and it shows when the products are easy to use and install compared to other mounts I have used. They are more but you pay for what you get with firearm accessories. My one shooting buddy would give me a hard time about spending more for LaRue mounts. After he saw how easy they were to work and install I converted him. Considering this same friend will not spend a nickle over on a 1k budget gun build speaks for itself with LaRue quality for cost.

Will block BUIS.
It does the job for supporting an Aimpoint Micro, but there is no way to use irons immediately if you have a failure on the Aimpoint. Sure, what are the chances of this happening, but it can and does. The support for the optic runs right along the center of the mount, effectively blocking your irons. Could have been designed better for just such a situation.

Finish flaws
Nice mount! Arrived 2 days after prime shipping date. Also had some minor finish flaws, not something you would expect from a $100 mount. Also did not come with the usual Larue swag you hear about

Another great product from LaRue, but be careful with the mounting screws
I bought a LaRue LT751 mount for my Aimpoint Micro T1 to get a co-witness mount on my flat-top AR. I've purchased a couple of mounts previously from Larue, and as with the others this one fits and works perfectly. The co-witness is dead-on between the T1 and my iron sights, and removing & re-mounting it with the QD lever several times has not disturbed the zero s far. The only criticism I have for LaRue is that they provided no torque specifications for the screws that attach the Aimpoint to the mount. Tightening 4 tiny steel screws into the aluminum Aimpoint body is an invitation to disaster, as over-tightening will easily strip the threads in the Aimpoint.I did a little searching in Google, and found a post on the m4carbine forum from a guy that had talked to Aimpoint Customer Service in Sweden about it last year. They told him the following: T1/H1 torque value: 0.8 nm / 7 in/lbs WITH threadlock (Locktite 243 Blue) T2/H2 torque value: 1.35nm / 12 in/lbs WITHOUT threadlock. The T2 & H2 are fitted with helicoil inserts & threadlock can damage them.I saw a number of posts from people that had stripped threads by over-tightening the screws. Aimpoint has apparently been really good about replacing the units when it happens, but just be careful about tightening the screws and avoid the grief!

Excellent product, as always
Excellent product, as always, from LaRue; the LT751 is used as amount for a Primary Arms micro dot (MD-RBGII).The optic is mounted easily and solidly to the LT751 and in turn, the LT751 locks down securely on the AR-15 rail.No movement from use.Removal of the optic+mount with the QD is easy. When re-attached, no loss of zero.
