Pleased with outcome and how well the company company worked with me...Worked well in beginning, but rear fender broke off after a month. Think it was a combination of stress of bouncing on road and weight of being lifted (broke near the latch recepticle).Vendor easy to work with. They sent replacement fender which was easy to replace with one exception, you have to cut the wires to the taillight in order to remove the wire from the old fender (goes through a hole in fender). Had to solder the wires back to taillight.In addition to the fender break, scooter wouldn't power up again. Company replaced the battery, but still couldn't get power. Company worked with me via email using pics I provided, identified the problem (loose connection that only required hand adjustment), and resolved the problem.We will be careful not to have the fender support the total weight when folded up, keep an eye for stress fractures in the fender, and reinforce if necessary.All in all, I am pleased with how well the company worked with me to fix this and the outcome is to my satisfaction.For the price of this model, the breakdown was a mere inconvenience.

It rides pretty cool i don't like the sound of the tension from the tires. Im gonna check to see if theirs an app included both fenders were defective and the back one eventually broke.don't recommend .

I am 200 pounds and it can carry me uphill. Has a ring and a light. The thing I like most is speed limit of 15 km (10 miles). Looks safe enough for my 11 year old son. There is a folding clip on left handle which I cannot understand what it is used for. Today I bought a second one for my daughter as well.Second revision;It’s been two weeks since we bought two scooters. They are sleek, elegant and silent. Good for kids 8-14

I love the range of the scooter. I see many people struggling with the broken fender. I've owned two w/ no fender issues. I've seen many people use it as a foot rest which it is not. The instructions clearly state this. I see many negative reviews on items where the customer does not read the information before purchase or use and blame the manufacturer.

My son loves it! He uses it everywhere. Took off one star since the rear fender came off after one day riding.

Wow I love how this scooter handles, it’s a smooth ride, I love the cruise control and the light up display is easy to read. This scooter is seriously one of the best on the market. Battery last forever we road 2 and a half hours and it still had Two bars left in power, it’s quite and great placement of the kick stand.

At first these scooters were the greatest thing ever. I bought one for my wife and one for myself, my Son has a Razor E100 Glow (Which I recommend for kids) After a month both of our rear fenders broke off. I didn't think it would be an issue, but the fact that the part is only made for this scooter made it impossible to find replacements. Then my Kickstand broke off and the top where the handlebars connect is never very secure. The real dagger is that my wife's randomly stops working with a full charge. Be careful for what seems like a good deal. I am one to always try to save some money and a lot of the times I get surprised by the quality of something. This is not one of those times, and I have 2 items that are going to end up being disposed of and replaced with something of much higher quality.

Rear fender broke off in less than 2 weeks. No long able to clip closed. All replacement rear fenders are 3 screw; this one is 4 screw, impossible to find replacement.
