I tested it with my meter - it works!
Impressive! I used a Tri-Field meter to test the room levels before I put the phone in the bag:0.007 to 0.012 (I keep the levels low in the house on purpose)To test the Mission Darkness Phone Sleeve, I put my cellphone on, with bluetooth on as well, and put it in the bag and closed it.Then I brought my meter gradually closer, and eventually right next to the bag. Right next to the bag:0.007Color me impressed!Perfect for both shielding and privacy. And it's a great deal.I will say it's a bit tricky to get my phone out, since I have a silicone cover for my phone, and I'm still learning how to get the phone in and out. But so far I don't mind it since 1) it's a really good deal and 2) it works amazingly well.

Works!
This product works! I bought it originally because I charge my phone next to my bed. Ended up helping me 'phone fast', which has been terrific for my productivity. The item works; when my phone is in the bag and I bring to my car, my phone does not connect (as if the phone is not there at all). As soon as I open the bag, it connects with my car. Love that it helps me feel safe but is also a great option for phone fasting and to keep during meetings to prevent my phone from going off if I happen to forget to silence it during seminars. Nice and slim; fits in a medium sized purse or other bags.

It works - Mission Darkness Dry Shield Faraday Phone Sleeve
This review is for the Mission Darkness Dry Shield Faraday Phone Sleeve. It seems well made, everything about it indicates that it should last a long time provided you don't abuse it.My informal test results. Turned my phone on, made sure the ringer was on, called it outside the sleeve and it rang. Placed in inside the sleeve, called it, did not ring. As I was pulling it out of the sleeve, the signal strength indicator showed there was no signal to the phone. Once outside the sleeve, the signal indicator showed it was receiving a signal. That's the result I was looking for.Bottom line is ...... at minimum it blocks the cell tower signal. I cannot measure all the other stuff it claims to block or protect your sensitive electronic equipment from. Downside is that it's made in China.

Fits a large phone but the loose faraday material is an issue
It functions well from an isolation standpoint and it easily fits an iPhone 13 Pro Max in an OtterBox case, but the construction is glued not sewn, and the Faraday material inside the case is loose and so it can activate the screen even while in the case, whether it’s snoozing the alarm when you intended to turn it off or randomly activating an app, so be sure to lock the screen before putting it in the case or you might have significant undesirable, unexpected results.

Very effective, does what it claims
This works! Had my cell phone on the loudest ring , put it in the bag and called it from another line. No ring, nothing actually call just dropped to silence. It’s waterproof as well, really good for travel! Highly recommend

Does NOT block anything—maybe none do.
After having the bag for a year, but not using it every day, last night, I woke up from the sound of a text message that I received while the bag was completely sealed. It doesn’t work. I’m wondering what company you can trust. There is more going in with cell phones than we are told, anyway. Furthermore, I turned off my iPhone 11 before putting it in the bag, so there’s more problems than just this company. My phone shouldn’t turn on by itself, but we all know that Apple (et al) make phones so you can no longer take out the batteries. Then, “they” can transfer information when it looks off, but isn’t.

I texted my bag and it WORKS and my 12 pro max fits well
I tested my bag and it does exactly what it is advertised to do but I did get some signal at the folded opening when it was closed and locked. The size is nice and my 12 pro max fits perfectly BUT it will NOT hold a phone that is larger3.25" x 6.5".. NICE and might buy my kiddo one.

Larger than expected but works perfectly
I was hoping this would be small enough to keep in my pocket but it's not, no matter. I blocks all signals to my phone or anything else I put in it. An added benefit of it is that I keep my phone in it at night which cuts down on artificial light and subconsciously keeps my from looking at my phone to check the time so I've been sleeping better at night because of it. I'll be ordering a few more.
