Inov-8 EvoSkin 5 Toed Silacone Shoe

I had to go to the Inov8 site to find out their sizing for this shoe. I ordered a pair and they fit fine. The sizing for this is embedded very deep in the description. LOOK FOR THE SIZING MAPPING before you order. I had a back and forth with the company and they said I was wrong and that was that.That is fine. It seems like it would stretch ...it does...but it really hurts between your toes. I cannot walk in them.

I love the skins for backyard, walking the dog & water sports.. I'm still trying to break them in because the toes are tight...

I had great hopes for these, and also purchased the special expensive socks to go with them. After trying them on and walking around in them for a few minutes it was obvious that the rigidity around the bases of the toes made them impossible for me to wear. The return went smoothly so all I lost was shipping them back and the annoyance of repacking and sending. I had tried to find a local store with even something similar but even the huge sports stores didn't have them any more, so I suspect that there have been others with the same complaint.

I bought this pair as a gift for a friend and she loves the shoes. They fit her feet just fine. I'm going to be buying a pair for myself soon!

I have narrow feet, this product is meant for a wide foot. It looks like I have an extra toe lol

Could not run for more than a few KM...

Look, the colour is nice and all, and they are comfy, BUT they are so wide, after my pinky toe another hal foot could fit in there. The length is fine, just like a normal shoe size, so I am not sure if a smaller size would make any difference to the width. I can't really sport them in public because I look like I have the feet of a purple Fiona (Shrek's wife)! The pictures didn't show the shoes from above, only from the side. I mean if there isn't a functional purpose for that why would they make them so ridiculously wide? Another thing that bothers me is that now that it's getting hot, wearing those shoes is intolerable, the little holes on the top of the toes are not enough; my feet suffocate in there and get so sweaty... A shoe product should be pleasant to wear, so I would say that even though this product is not horrid it could use some improvements, and that's why we take time to provide feedback.

A great idea, I never use mine outside but they are good for doing indoor exercise like Insanity as you get great grip on carpets without the bulkiness of trainers. Easy to wash but a pain to put on and take off. I find the sizing a bit small too and had to use some silicone lubricant on my toes to help get them on the first few times I wore them. I paid about £12 and think they are worth that money but I doubt I would but more if they were any more expensive.

Freaky looking, but incredibly comfortable. They look flimsy, but so far they've been really tough.

Good fit, easy to put on and comfortable to run in for short distances. the only bad point is that if I run further than 3 miles my feet become sweaty and it becomes slippery inside the shoe making it very difficult to run in them.

I would have given them a zero but I'm happy to believe my feet are partly to blame. I bought a 9-10 for my size 9 feet and they just fit. Except for one toe on each foot. They were immediately uncomfortable and a fast run on the treadmill had them flooded.Nice concept but for me the material and fit just didn't work.

As title - I bought the biggest one which should fit me easily but it was too small, my toes would go to sleep. I cut the toes off thinking I could just add a little tape to lengthen them, and they turned out to be nearly 1cm too short. Looks like they would be just what I was looking for if they fit. I now have some toeless surf shoes, no big problem!

Did not like as much as VFFs

I have only given 4 stars as still trying to get used to them, especially fitting toes. Having wore heeled, pointed shoes for years, must admit toes are a bit squashed together. They are great if you like wearing no shoes, as protect tour feet, but definitely does not feel as if you are.

They take a little getting used to and getting my little toe to stretch to fit was a bit weird at first but once on they are lovely to wear

Very nice.

Feels weird but v comfortable. Not great when feet sweats inside if you are at the gym but good for carrying out moderate to heavy workouts with weights

good material,nice,looks goodon feet but is not the good type of shoes for me.no complains.just do not feel comfy.

I expect this fits better if you do not have broad feet, after a while I found these uncomfortable between the toes.

I use them as slippers and for walking around the garden in summer. I couldn't run in them as they get sweaty and slippy and there's not enough room for socks.
