The packaging of the product is sturdy. Very well managed.

Blood Pressure reading is varying absurdly.
The Blood pressure variation is too much. In a period of 5 min. It ranged from 140/79 to 118/67. Its a serious issue.

I recieved Citizen B.P. Machine intact but to my surprise there were no 4 AA batteries in the box,as promised ,such a cheap activity never expected from such a big........
