Wish I would of bought sooner!!!
Where has this been all my life! And why didn't I know stainless steel rollers were a thing? I love it!I first used this to roll out homemade "healthy" crackers. I needed to roll them very thin. It worked so well I rolled them too thin and they cooked too fast...lol...good bye wooden roller

This is good for light dough, not dense dough
I bought this to roll my pizza dough out. It is very light. It needs some weight bands on each side. Thus would not be good for dense dough.
