Lcd on remote doesn't work & u have to figure out your settings blindly & only good thing is i can turn power on & off & work the volume. But cant change any settings since the lcd screen dont function

Arrived timely and worked right out of the box. Great replacement. Double check model number before buying (been there done that on a number of tech products). Did a nice job!

I would have given it a 5 star. There's nothing wrong with it. I works and I like it. But the only thing I don't like is that the mini screen does not light up. So to change anything with the remote at night is annoying. I have to use my phone as a flashlight. But other then that it's a great product. Fast delivery and can use it straight out the box.

Our other remote stopped working due to the batteries corroding (stupid Rayovacs). This worked right away!

Good as the first one. We had that issue where the soundbar worked manually, bur the remote volume would not work. We ordered the mew remote, put in a battery and it worked ASAP. Great product.

I didn't have to program it to my existing speaker. Had to purchase this one because my puppy chewed the original control that came with the speaker. I just put the batteries in and it started working, no need to program or set up anything.

This model of Vizio soundbar remote is lacking a lot of features that the remote I was trying to replace had. It ended up not being good for much besides volume since you can’t do much else with it besides changes a very small handful of settings.
